Right Up Your Ali, Boston Personal Shopper & Fashion Stylist

Ali Ehrlich is a native of Boston who grew up in Chestnut Hill and attended Boston University. She is known for her iconic style. She has spent over 20 years designing wardrobes for Massachusetts women, working for premier designers such as Chanel, and Valentino. She began her career at Bendel’s where she gained familiarity with the fashion world in general. Ali is also well known within the fashion community in Boston and she works with stylists and associates at all of the local boutiques and department stores. Because of her relationships with them, she always has current knowledge of what is available and where to find the best of current styles.

“Ideally, I would love to come to your closet to determine what to keep, what to consign, what to donate and what may simply need alterations. It will be somewhat of a workout since you will have to try things on so, feel free to skip the gym that day! Then, based on what may be lacking, we would go shopping at another time. But, I am more than happy to tweak the experience to meet your needs – we can skip the closet and simply shop also but, I have found it is more cost effective and time effective for you to begin in the closet. This way, I am not leading you to yet another pair of black pants in the store if you already have 10 pairs! I also am happy to help coordinate outfits that already exist in your closet – I love it when clients tell me that they just shopped their closet without ever taking out their credit card!

When asked why Ali loves what she does she always responds by saying “no two days are ever the same, I could be in someone’s closet one day, shopping in the mall the next, going everywhere from the outlets to Newbury St and everywhere in between! I have clients ranging in age from 13 to 83, men and women and sizes ranging from 00 – 24. It’s all about the diversity and the sense of helping people feel good about themselves that makes it so rewarding.”
